My Mission
At Palmdog Playcare, my mission is simple:
Play. Love. Repeat.
Every dog who walks through my door is treated as if they're my own. I provide a safe, loving, home-based environment where your pet can relax, be themselves, and get the one-on-one attention they deserve. It’s personal care — not just pet care.
About Me
Dogs have always been a part of my life — from my family’s Labs to the cattle-herding dogs on my grandparents’ farm. Even while working in tech in San Francisco, caring for other people’s dogs was the highlight of my day.
When I was able to work remotely in 2020, I moved to the Coachella Valley, and within a year I bought a home in Palm Desert — one with a large, fenced-in yard where dogs could run and play — just in case my dreams of starting an in-home dog sitting business ever became a reality.
It wasn't long before that goal came true. I officially left the corporate world in 2023, and in 2024, Palmdog Playcare was born. A year later, after over a decade of fostering dogs, Palmdog Forever took its first steps towards being the nonprofit rescue branch of the Palmdog family.
Every dog who comes into my home becomes part of my daily life and my heart. I’m grateful every day that this is the work I get to do.

All dogs are unique and require different levels of attention and care, which is why I don't have a set rate for any of my services. I'm happy to discuss your dog's needs over the phone or through text/email; however, my preference is to first meet you and your dog in person and then have your dog scheduled for a free 1/2 day behavioral assessment before agreeing on a rate.
